"I did a test for Kim's pizza dough. I like thin crust so I rolled mine out. It had a nice crunch. The dough was surprisingly easy to work with, and the pizza was delicious! My partner, who isn't gluten free likes it as well. he said it was tasty with good texture as an alternative to regular flour pizza dough."

"I was supposed to have written this forever ago but here we go: About a year ago, my son started having abdominal pains, headaches , and always felt tired. Long story short, we found out that he could not have gluten. Initially, it was a big change for all of us. But over the year we have all acclimated well. And one of the reasons for that has been @Whisk and Spoon! Here gluten free (and sometimes dairy free) baked goods have been a delicious god-send to help make the transition easier. My 8 year old LOVES her baked goods so much that he doesn't even want the store bought items anymore. Some of his favourites are the scones, waffles and muffins. Even the "regular" dieters in the house like the goods. So if you need gluten free goods, check out Whisk and Spoon. You won't be disappointed!!"
